Hey guys! Excellent customer service but I was a little worried at the beginning that I didn’t received any confirmation of my purchase for several hours. I understood it was because of the time I made the purchase (2am Indian time), but in my country it was quite early. I wish the next time I buy I get an automatic confirmation to continue what I was doing with that gift card from UTop. Anyways, great FAQ and emails with the info. Cheers from Chile!
